About Me
My name is John Hill. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a background in mental health and addiction. My focus is on supporting men as they navigate the challenges that often come with work, relationships, family life, and the pressure to “always be strong.” These demands can lead to stress, anxiety, anger, or a sense of being overwhelmed and disconnected.
I understand the unique pressures men face, and I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about what’s on your mind without fear of being dismissed. My approach is person-centred, grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I also take care to integrate your values, culture, and life experiences into our work together.
Therapy is an opportunity to step back, process your experiences, and build healthier ways of coping. Together, we’ll focus on identifying your strengths, creating balance, and developing strategies to manage stress and improve your overall mental wellbeing. My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and ready to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
